The definition of speed is the rate at which someone or something is able to move. How fast can a player throw a baseball from the mound, from the outfield, or across the infield, how fast can a player run, How fast does the baseball come off the bat. The questions is, does your son or daughter meet today's requirements. All players shall go through a performance evaluation. The evaluation will address strength, flexibility, power, stamina, posture, speed, balance, and agility, in addition to hitting, throwing and fielding.
